Canister Shot - Malvern Hill

The accompanying old typed label indicates that this canister shot was recovered from Malvern Hill on 10/11/70. The label was originally affixed to the shot but has since come loose. The shot is in good condition and measures approximately 1.49 inches in diameter. It would have been fired from a 12 pounder Napoleon cannon and will be an excellent addition to add to any Civil War artillery or general relic collection.
