Item: Excavated .69 caliber "Prussian" rifle musket bullet.
Condition: Very good. This large bullet has a bright white patina and is a near perfect example. There are three very small nicks in the surface patina exposing grey lead. The skirt is very nicely rounded with little evidence of period wear and tear.
Comments: .69 caliber Prussian bullets are some of the largest bullets used during the Civil war and this example will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War bullet or general relic collection.
Approximate size: .67 x 1.14 inches.
