US Ordnance Cuff Button

Backmark: SCOVILLS WATERBURY dm
Construction: Low convex, three-piece.
Approximate size: 15 mm.
Condition: Very good, excavated, secure shank present. Only a portion of the back mark is visible. The button has a dusty purple-green patina with no pushes, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
Comments: This US ordnance cuff button will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
Recovered: Stephenson's Depot, VA. in 1973
