This iron canister shot for six pounder gun measures approximately 1.14 inches in diameter and was recovered by Dennis Irvin in the area of Brandy Station, VA. The iron is in very good condition, has minimal pitting and a visible mold seam. It has been professionally cleaned and treated with electrolysis to stabilize the iron.
