Item: Confederate Six Pounder Solid Shot
Construction: Cast iron.
Approximate size: Weight: 6 pounds. Diameter: 3.56 inches.
Condition: Excellent, excavated. As dug, still in the rough. There is a minimal amount of surface build-up and pitting. A fairly prominent mold seam is visible along most of its equator as seen in the additional images. A solid and stable solid shot with no repairs.
Recovered: Seven Days Battles areas.
