Excavated Relics - Gen. Hugar's Camp

These relics were acquired directly from the family of the now deceased digger who hunted Civil War trails, campsites, and battle sites throughout central Virginia for several decades. According to the digger's label, these Civil War relics were all recovered from "CSA Gen. Hugar's camp at Brightwells, Charles City Co., VA". Included in the display case are: 

Top row L-R: Flat button, sewing thimble, unidentified disk with square hole 
2nd row L-R: Haversack rivet with leather, flat button, ball button.
3rd row center: Unidentified flattened brass tube.
Bottom: Various bullets & round balls to include: Carved bullet, two .69 caliber round balls, 54 caliber round ball, fired pistol bullet, fired Sharps carbine bullet, and fired Gardner Bullet.  

These relics and its display case (included) will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War campsite, battlefield, or general relic collection.
