Comments: This bullet was acquired directly from the Virginia relic digger who was fortunate enough to hunt on private property in the vicinity of several major Civil war sites. In the additional images you will find information on Sharps bullets from Dean Thomas' reference book, Round Ball to Rimfire, Part Four, found on pages 193 & 194, including a picture of another four ring Sharps bullet. The four ring sharps carbine bullet offered here will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War bullet or general relic collection.
