Item: .54 Caliber 3-Ring Bullet - Marked "BERKELEY '82"
Condition: Excellent, excavated, unfired. The bullet has an overall white surface patina and a visible light mold seam. The skirt is nicely rounded. Printed on one side is "BERKELEY '82", representing its location and year of recovery.
Recovered: Harrison's Landing, VA. (aka. Berkeley Plantation)
Approximate size: .532-inch diameter, .982-inch length, 418 grains weight.

Comments: What I appreciate about this bullet is the fact that the digger took the time to record the bullet's recovery information. This marked .54 caliber 3-ring bullet will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War bullet or general relic collection.
