Item: Excavated Socket Bayonet For Austrian Lorenze Rifle

At some point in time it was clear coated but nearly all of it has flaked away. There are no repairs.
Recovered: Garysburg, NC
Comments: This relic was acquired directly from the digger, Robert Braswell, Jr. of Gaston, NC, who recovered many fine relics from both North Carolina and Virginia over several decades.
