These excavated Civil War bullets were all recovered from private property in the Cold Harbor, VA area by Virginia relic hunter Glenn Trimmer. Glenn had these and other bullet bowls beautifully displayed in a medical doctor's bookcase in his family room. This ceramic bowel consists of approximately 70 examples that are a mix of both dropped and fired Confederate and Federal bullets to include: .58 caliber 3-ring, .58 caliber Gardner (CS), Sharps, .69 caliber round ball, star base, Williams type I cleaner, swage base, Colt dragoon and a carved example. Glenn displayed each bowl with a card detailing a bit of each battle site's history including the bullet's recovery location. Both bowl and label will be included. Read more about Glenn Trimmer and his relic hunting by clicking this link: Glenn Trimmer Collection. These bullets will display very nicely in any den, family room or office and will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War artillery or general relic collection.
