This old wood framed excavated Civil War relic display includes fifteen different types of bullets (both Federal and Confederate), two buttons, and one cartridge. All are listed with old, typed paper labels and tightly secured with wire to the red felt covered board. According to the primary label, all were recovered from Virginia Battlefields. The display was clearly made decades ago, is solidly constructed and ready to hang. There is some tearing and cracking of the rear paper backing, but otherwise the frame is tight and in good condition. It measures approximately 10-3/8 x 12-3/8 x 1-1/4 inches (W,L,D). This collection will display quite nicely in any office, den, or family room.
