Comment: Regarding the potentially confusing inscriptions made by the former owner of this book, the book was presumably acquired on March 30, 1992, with the author's signed label added on October 5, 1996. This monumental signed first edition will be an excellent resource to add to anyone's library with an interest in Civil War Confederate belt buckles and plates.
