Comments: According to "Uniform Buttons Of The United States 1776-1865" by Warren K. Tice, with the exception of the Marine button, the Infantry button "is the most difficult to find of the H. T. & B. letter series". This Confederate Infantry coat button will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
