Design: Lined Roman letter "I" on a plain field.
Construction: Convex, two-piece.
Approximate size: 23 mm.
Condition: Fair, excavated, shank present but inside the button. Dusty green patina with flawless front. The rear is pushed inwards and approximately three quarters of the rear has separated at the rim. What remains attached is stable and keeps the rear firmly in place. The shank is not only visible through the shank hole but can be heard rattling inside with gentle movement. There are no repairs.
