Printer: "Keatinge & Ball, Richmond, VA."
Design: The front shows "Hope with Anchor" in the center with Confederate States Secretary of State, Robert M. T. Hunter to the left and Confederate States Secretary of the Treasury Charles G. Memminger to the right. The note is hand numbered and signed in ink. The rear is blank.
Approximate size: 3 x 7-1/4 inches.
Condition: Good. The paper is crisp with a small hole on the edge of the "TEN" medallion on the left above Hunter. There is a vertical crease running through Hunter and a tiny pinhole just to the right of Hunter. The note has minor discoloration and incomplete borders. The blank rear has what appears to be period lettering (initials?) in ink.

Comments: These notes were made like Criswell's T-25 except these notes have the red "XX" overprint to help prevent forgery. The Confederate ten-dollar note offered here will be delivered in a clear display sleeve and will be an excellent addition to any Civil War note or general relic collection.
