Design: Spread-wing eagle with letter "A" in shield.
Construction: Convex, two-piece.
Approximate size: 16 mm.
Condition: Excellent, excavated, secure shank present. The button front has ample gilt. There are no pushes, cracks, breaks, or repairs.

Comments: This Federal artillery cuff button with a raised letter "A" will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
