This Civil War relic display includes excavated Civil War relics all recovered from the Fredericksburg, VA area. Included in this display are (top row left-right): New York state seal coat button front, flat button with shank, Federal staff officer coat button front; (middle row L-R): two percussion caps, eagle cross belt plate, 3/4 inch iron canister shot; (bottom row L-R): .69 caliber round ball, .58 caliber 3-ring bullet, fired .58 caliber type III Williams cleaner bullet. Also included is a cover stamped and postmarked Fredericksburg December 13, 1987, commemorating the battle of Fredericksburg I. The glass top display case measures approximately 6-1/4 x 8-1/4 x 3/4 inches and is included. These campsite relics with cover and information will be an excellent display for any office, den, or family room, and will also be a great gift for the American history buff.
