Horse Bit

This horse bit is constructed of iron and is in excellent shape. The accompanying tag indicates that it was recovered from Bermuda Hundred which is located in Chesterfield County, Virginia. It measures approximately 15 inches from bar to bar and the two large rings measure 2 inches in diameter. This fine relic will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War campsite, cavalry, or general relic collection.
