Indian Head Cent Dated 1862

This excavated Indian Head cent dated 1862 is in good condition and was recovered Fredericksburg, VA. The coin has little wear and a very pleasing chocolate brown patina with no cracks, breaks, bends, or repairs. It will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War period coin, campsite, soldier personal item, or general relic collection.
