Comments: These crudely made buttons with North Carolina's coat of arms are one of my favorite designs. The coat of arms depicts the female figures of "Liberty" and "Plenty", with Liberty on the right holding a liberty pole in her right hand and a scroll inscribed "CONSTITUTION" in her left. "Plenty" is holding a cornucopia in her left hand and wheat in her right. This button will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
