Item: Confederate 84 Gauge Bullet for Tranter Revolver
Condition: Excellent, excavated, unfired. Smooth waxy surface with dirty off-white patina. The base of the bullet is marked with the numeral "91" in black (see Comments below).
Recovered: Unknown
Approximate size: .393 inch diameter, .473 inch length, 110.6 grains weight.

Comments: This example is from a very old Civil War bullet collection. The digger/collector identified and numbered each bullet with what he believed to be its corresponding McKee & Mason bullet reference number. This bullet will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War bullet or general relic collection.
