Item: Pullman Porter Railroad Coat Button - Post Civil War

Design: The device shows "PULLMAN" in raised letters on a lined field.
Construction: Flat, two-piece.
Approximate size: 22 mm.
Condition: Very good, excavated, secure shank present, bent over to back. Soil covered brown-green patina. No cracks, breaks, or repairs.
Recovered: Albemarle County, VA.
Comments: This Pullman porter railroad button was acquired directly from the digger. It will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
